Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@decorgleam.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
